1. HISTORY

Ancient India

  • Prehistory: Paleolithic (hunting-gathering, Bhimbetka caves) → Mesolithic (microliths) → Neolithic (agriculture begins, Mehrgarh ~7000 BCE) → Chalcolithic (copper + stone).
