SESSION 12 — GS-IV Ethics + Case Studies (90 min)
Theory (10 marks each):
1. Distinguish ethics, morals, and values.
2. Discuss the role of emotional intelligence in administration.
3. Explain probity in governance.
Case studies (20 marks each) — use the 6-step method:
4. The compassionate rule-breaker (see Ethics-Case-Studies.md Case 1).
5. Conflict of interest in a tender (Case 2).
6. Development vs displacement (Case 4).
SESSION 13 — Essay Full Test (2 essays, 3 hours)
Choose ONE from each section (~1000–1200 words each):
- Section A: (i) Character is destiny. (ii) Development without equity is hollow. (iii) The unexamined life is not worth living.
- Section B: (i) Technology: servant or master? (ii) There is no Planet B. (iii) Women's empowerment is national empowerment.

SESSION 14 — Full Mains Day 1 (GS-I + GS-II)
- Morning 9:00–12:00: GS-I (Paper 1 from
5-Full-Mains-Practice-Papers.md). - Afternoon 2:00–5:00: GS-II (Paper 2). 20 questions each, all attempted.
SESSION 15 — Full Mains Day 2 (GS-III + GS-IV)
- Morning: GS-III (Paper 3). Afternoon: GS-IV (Paper 4). Simulate real fatigue and time pressure.
